|Mindfulness & Meditation||You can try out a free trial of Headspace and learn the essentials of meditation and mindfulness. There is also an app, but if you’re looking to continue your mindfulness journey on the free path, then there are plenty of other resources available online.|
|The Uni Foodie||An online resource created by one of our very own students who finds cooking a peaceful and mindful process. She has recipes for simple, good food for students on a tight budget. Why don’t you give one of the recipes a try?|
