Psychology Tools A very useful website with plenty of self-help worksheets for anxiety, depression and more.
Apps Mind has compiled a list of apps that could help you maintain your wellbeing and mental health on a day to day basis. Most are free and there are so many to choose from!
Mindfulness & Meditation You can try out a free trial of Headspace and learn the essentials of meditation and mindfulness. There is also an app, but if you’re looking to continue your mindfulness journey on the free path, then there are plenty of other resources available online.
The Uni Foodie An online resource created by one of our very own students who finds cooking a peaceful and mindful process. She has recipes for simple, good food for students on a tight budget. Why don’t you give one of the recipes a try?
Park Lives An interactive map that helps you find free activities in your local park. Take a friend and give a session a try in the fresh air!
JogScotland An incredibly useful map to find your local jog group, and engage in some leisurely physical activity
